I can't stop thinking about the Togarashi Popcorn at the Almebic!

Their food was ok, drinks were great, but what did it for me was this popcorn and their cheesecake dessert in the cutest little mason type jar. Actually I was awed by the little jar the bill came in also. Matt laughed at me, but this is on my list of things to recreate along with a cheesecake in a jar!

NOTE: Togarashi popcorn is basically Japanese rice seasoning (furikake) with some special salt I forget...

I have also been mixing full fat Greek yogurt with lemon curd (with these old world thin triple ginger cookies) and the results have been amazing! Very similar richness to cheesecake in a jar, but the consistency is not totally the same.
